BofA analyst Lorraine Hutchinson lowered the firm’s price target on Lululemon (LULU) to $185 from $210 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares after refining the firm’s model after earnings to reflect slower China growth and better tariff mitigation. While the firm is raising its FY26 EPS estimate by 1% to $13.15, it is reducing its multiple and price target to reflect a lower sales growth rate, noting that it is aligning the multiple with peers posting a similar growth profile.
