KeyBanc raised the firm’s price target on Lattice Semiconductor (LSCC) to $85 from $70 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm sees positive implications for Lattice given sustained AI capex intensity, and significant increasing Nvidia (NVDA) AI server rack shipments in the second half of 2025, 30K for 2025 and 50K for 2026. Additionally, KeyBanc expects AMD‘s (AMD) MI400 Helios full stack servers should also represent an incremental tailwind to Lattice’s increasing AI exposure and drive outsized earnings growth.
