BofA analyst Peter Galbo raised the firm’s price target on Lamb Weston (LW) to $60 from $55 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares after Q3 organic sales, volumes, gross margins and adjusted EPS all came in “well ahead of expectations.” Controlling what they can control and improved results leads the firm to raise its valuation multiple, but the firm’s FY25 and FY26 adjusted EBITDA estimates are ” largely unchanged,” the analyst tells investors.
