Stephens lowered the firm’s price target on Knight-Swift (KNX) to $63 from $65 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares following Q4 earnings. Knight-Swift believes recent spot rate strength was largely capacity driven, but the firm still believes stronger demand is needed for more significant rate increases, adding that it continues to favor the company among the public carriers in “a market primed for spot improvement.”
