Hong Kong-based Acclime has selected bidders to submit binding offers for the company which could value it at over $900M, Kane Wu and Yantoultra Ngui of Reuters reports, according to three sources with knowledge of the transaction. Global buyout firms include KKR (KKR), TPG (TPG), and WarburgPincus, which are in the second round of the bidding process, sources added.
