Kestra Medical (KMTS) Technologies announced an underwritten public offering of 5,500,000 common shares. Kestra is offering these shares pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Kestra also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 825,000 common shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurances as to whether or when the offering may be completed or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. Kestra intends to use the proceeds to support sales and marketing activities, to drive ongoing commercialization, to further fund our research and development and clinical studies and for working capital and general corporate purposes. All of the common shares are being offered by Kestra. BofA Securities, Piper Sandler, J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as bookrunners for the proposed offering.
