Truist lowered the firm’s price target on James Hardie (JHX) to $35 from $45 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 results came in about as the Street expected as markets remain weak, while the management’s guide calls for very modest growth in 2025, with pricing offsetting weak market driven volume, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Multi-family and interior goods are impacting North America results as core exterior siding in single-family is growing in reported numbers vs. a weak market, the firm adds.
