Jacobs (J) announced that its board approved a special dividend of 7.3M shares of common stock of Amentum Holdings (AMTM) distributable to Jacobs’ shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 16. Jacobs expects the Amentum share dividend to be made on May 30.
