UBS raised the firm’s price target on IAC (IAC) to $41 from $38 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. IAC decreased the high end of its 2025 People.com adjusted EBITDA outlook and disclosed that Core Sessions coming from Google (GOOGL) is down 23% year over year, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm is looking for incremental signs of faster growth at Care.com given its low market share.
