Evercore ISI upgraded Hyatt (H) to Outperform from In Line with an unchanged price target of $175. Shares have trailed larger cap lodging brand peers by 15 percentage points year-to-date and about 30 points in the last twelve months, notes the analyst, who argues that the post-earnings selloff creates an “attractive entry point.” The company made significant progress in asset sales in 2024, which is a headwind to FY25 EBITDA growth, but translates to higher fee-based contribution, the analyst added.
