The firm is cautious on logistics and trucking into the spring, saying the truckload cycle will likely get worse before it gets better. The tariff-driven margin concerns of the freight shippers should weigh on carriers’ rate and margin gains in bid season, while “demand skittishness” in both retail and industrial “should mute” the typically favorable Q2 demand, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Susquehanna cut estimates on rising cyclical risks.
