UBS analyst Robin Farley raised the firm’s price target on Host Hotels (HST) to $18 from $17 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. Host’s Q2 RevPAR and EBITDA came in well ahead of expectations, while fiscal 2025 guidance was raised above estimates, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
