Hess Midstream LP (HESM) announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 15.02M Class A shares representing limited partner interests in HESM by an affiliate of Global Infrastructure Partners, a part of BlackRock. HESM will not receive any proceeds from the sale of Class A shares in the offering. J.P. Morgan and Citigroup are acting as the joint bookrunning managers of the offering.
