UBS lowered the firm’s price target on Hershey (HSY) to $190 from $205 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. Hershey reported a Q3 EPS beat that was driven by higher top line and stronger margins and raised its EPS outlook to account for higher net sales growth, a lower tariff impact, and more favorable below-the-line items, the analyst tells investors in a research note. A meaningful earnings recovery is on the table, but UBS says it would wait for a more attractive entry point or greater clarity on the magnitude of bottom line growth looking out to FY26 before becoming constructive.
