Namib Minerals (NAMM) and Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VI announced the completion of their business combination. The Business Combination was approved by HCVI stockholders at a special meeting held on May 6, 2025. Namib’s ordinary shares and warrants are expected to commence trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbols “NAMM” and “NAMMW,” respectively, on or about June 6, 2025.
