Citi analyst Lydia Ling lowered the firm’s price target on GreenTree Hospitality to $5 from $5.71 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company announced first half of fiscal 2022 results and explained the delay in the results release was due to the deconsolidation process of Argyle/Urban, Ling tells investors in a research note. The analyst cut earnings forecasts to factor in the results and COVID impact. GreenTree’s valuation remains attractive, with short-term headwinds largely factored in, writes Ling.
