Roth Capital downgraded Gran Tierra (GTE) to Neutral from Buy with a C$7.50 price target The firm says that due to “significant risks” associated with the company’s high debt levels and socio-political risks, it looks for lower share prices or an improved outlook before again recommending the shares. Roth views Gran Tierra’s 025 year-end oil and gas reserve estimates as slightly negative. It cites valuation for the downgrade with the shares up 40% since mid-December.
