B. Riley lowered the firm’s price target on Gladstone Commercial (GOOD) to $11 from $12 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm sees “meaningful binary risk” regarding the company’s 2027 results, with the biggest driver of variance being lease expirations. Gladstone has a large office lease with General Motors in Austin, Texas, which expires at the end of 2026, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
