Argus analyst John Eade raised the firm’s price target on General Dynamics (GD) to $295 from $280 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Since the pandemic, the company has been experiencing supply chain challenges amid component delays from its suppliers, but while the deliveries are improving, the delays are causing productivity issues at GD that are negatively impacting its margins, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The management’s focus on production efficiencies and planning around elongated delivery times should help costs and margins, Argus adds.
