Barclays raised the firm’s price target on Generac (GNRC) to $200 from $170 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The company is taking a closer look at Clean Energy while data center demand continues to take hold, the analyst tells investors in a research note, adding that it views a potential contraction in the residential solar market as a “positive” for Generac, as management is looking to trim the EBITDA drag from these products in the coming years. The firm also noted that the company narrowed its topline guidance as margins improve.
