Susquehanna initiated coverage of GE Aerospace (GE) with a Positive rating and $350 price target Between its own engines and those from its CFM International 50-50 joint venture with Safran, GE powers three out of every four commercial engine flights globally with a “vast” installed base of 45,000-plus commercial engines and 25,000-plus military engines that are growing at mid-single digits, respectively, the analyst tells investors. The services business, representing about 65% of revenues and higher margins, is the “engine” driving GE’s profitability growth, adds the analyst, who is forecasting a 14.7% EPS compound annual growth rate over 2025-2028.
