GDS Holdings (GDS) announced the pricing of a previously announced registered public offering of 6M American depositary shares at a public offering price of $24.50 per ADS. The company intends to loan to an affiliate of the underwriter in the ADS offering. The ADS borrower or its affiliate will receive all of the proceeds from the sale of the borrowed ADSs. JPMorgan, BofA, Morgan Stanley and UBS are acting as joint book running managers for the offering.
