Morgan Stanley raised the firm’s price target on FTAI Aviation (FTAI) to $175 from $138 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. FTAI has been “a much debated stock,” but the firm sees the debate beginning to turn back toward the bulls after FTAI generated positive cash flow in Q2. The firm sees sustained cash generation being driven by a shift in strategy to a more asset-light business model in leasing, which it calls “game changing to the capital structure and earnings potential.”
