Morgan Stanley lowered the firm’s price target on Frontier Group (ULCC) to $9 from $10 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. Frontier’s Q1 results and Q2 guidance “fell far below expectations,” says the analyst, who notes that the “big network reset” in the second half of 2024 that was set to post big dividends in the second half of 2025 is “now on pause.” The risk and reward “are both high here and we may not get concrete evidence that normalized EPS is over $1 until 2026,” the analyst added.
