Evercore ISI notes that Sword Health announced that is buying Kaia Health for $285M. In terms of Sword Health, the firm sees the acquisition as increasing its market share in both the U.S. and Germany as well as extending access to COPD care as a therapeutic-area extension to its current offerings in MSK and mental health. For Outperform-rated Hinge, Evercore sees the announcement as minimally impactful. Hinge has been seeing improving win rates in 2025 which stand at about 80% of competitive situations and channel checks have pointed to an improved 2026 selling season. Overall, the firm continues to see the MSK market as ripe for digital disruption, with room for several larger digital players given the still-low penetration and additional therapeutic offerings.
