DuPont says Dawnsens consents to order preventing import of accused products

DuPont (DD) announced that the International Trade Commission, ITC, approved Dawnsens New-Materials voluntary agreement to a consent order which excludes Dangs from selling and importing into the United States all accused materials and products containing such materials for a period of 10 years. This decision concludes DuPont’s litigation against Dangs at the ITC for the misappropriation of trade secrets related to DuPont’s Tyvek products.
