JPMorgan raised the firm’s price target on Duolingo (DUOL) to $500 from $360 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The company continues to make “strong progress” toward its goal to teach as effectively as a human tutor, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says Duolingo reported a strong Q1 beat while raising its 2025 full-year guidance across every metric. JPMorgan believes Duolingo’s daily active user growth could accelerate in the second half of the year, driven by product optimizations, deeper engagement, gross adds, resurrected users, content expansion, marketing, and more manageable compares.
