Disney’s (DIS) first-ever chief brand officer Asad Ayaz has been leading a ‘Best Christmas Ever’ campaign, which features an online video that has been seen over 34M times and an animated Times Square billboard showcasing fan-drawn characters, the Wall Street Journal’s Ben Fritz reports, citing sources. The campaign is one of several efforts by Ayaz to depoliticize the company and tie its theme parks, movies and overall brand with a kind of feel-good Americana, the reports said.
