DigitalBridge (DBRG) is working with advisers as it considers selling Finnish telecom tower and data center operator Digita Oy, people with knowledge of the matter told Bloomberg’s Vinicy Chan. The company is seeking a valuation of as much as EUR 1B, or $1.2B for Digita, but deliberations are at an early stage and DigitalBridge could decide to keep the asset for longer, the sources said.
