UBS analyst John Lovallo raised the firm’s price target on D.R. Horton (DHI) to $193 from $191 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The stock warrants a higher valuation multiple given the firm’s view that FY26 will be a better year for housing and that opportunities exist for multiple expansion across the group as the market becomes more comfortable that a bottom in demand, consumer confidence and margins is approaching, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
