Goldman Sachs double upgraded Cushman & Wakefield to Buy from Sell with a $17.50 price target following the Q2 report. The company is seeing meaningful improvement in its services segment sales growth while improving the profitability of its services contracts, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Goldman believes Cushman is beginning to see margin benefits from the restructuring of its services contracts and could benefit from easier capital markets compares in the second half of 2025. It says Cushman’s turnaround is underway.
