Evercore ISI analyst Greg Melich raised the firm’s price target on Costco (COST) to $1,075 from $1,070 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The company’s strategic focus on value and nimble sourcing has helped it outperform peers, with core comps growing 8% and EBIT rising 15% year-over-year, notes the analyst, who contends that Costco is “proving its mettle in a challenging retail landscape” by maintaining strong traffic and share gains despite tariff pressures.
