Cooperman’s Omega bought Atlas Energy and ArriVent in Q2

Leon Cooperman’s Omega Advisors disclosed in an SEC filing its holdings as of June 30, 2025. The fund’s three new buys in the quarter were Atlas Energy (AESI), GE HealthCare (GEHC) and ArriVent Biopharma (AVBP). Omega exited four during the quarter: Las Vegas Sands (LVS), Microsoft (MSFT), Madison Square Garden (MSG) and Barings BDC (BBDC). The fund increased its stakes in Sunoco LP (SUN), Mirion (MIR), Regal Rexnord (RRX), OneMain (OMF) and Fidelis Insurance (FIHL). Omega’s top holdings as of June, in order of size, were Mr. Cooper (COOP), Vertiv (VRT), Energy Transfer (ET), Apollo Global (APO) and Mirion.
