Compass Diversified (CODI) has hired investment bank Raymond James to sell its Honey Pot subsidiary, Reuters’ Abigail Summerville reports, citing two people familiar with the matter. The company acquired The Honey Pot, which makes tampons and other health products, for $380M in 2024, and it has become one of Compass’ best-performing assets, the authors say, noting that the company anticipates a premium above that $380M price. The process is in early stages and an actual sale is not guaranteed, the author notes.
