Jefferies lowered the firm’s price target on Cloudflare (NET) to $150 from $170 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. Cloudflare beat its revenue guidance midpoint by 2.3% for its highest beat in five quarters while maintaining 2025 revenue guidance, notes the analyst, who adds that Q1 operating margins were only in line with consensus, which was “mildly disappointing” given the revenue beat.
