Viz Raghavan, Citi’s (C) head of banking responsible for investment corporate banking, and commercial banking, told the Morgan Stanley U.S. Financials, Payments & CRE Conference, that debt market growth will depend heavily on M&A and that the private credit market has a “wall of money” to be used. The bank sees Q2 markets revenue up mid to high single digits y/y and says full year expenses are in line with prior guidance.
