Citi analyst Chloe Fu points out that according to Calcalist, ZIM Integrated’s (ZIM) CEO along with Israeli car importer Rami Ungar are exploring a management buyout at $20 per share, valuing Zim at $5.5B. If the report is true, true, the deal would be a positive for shareholders, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Citi keeps a Sell rating on Zim with an $11.50 price target
