Citi lowered the firm’s price target on Applied Materials (AMAT) to $205 from $220 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm also removed Applied Materials from its US Focus List. Citi lowered estimates after the company’s October quarter sales guidance missed by $700M. However, it believes Applied Materials is being conservative on its outlook in China and sees a sales rebound in the January quarter.
