Carlyle (CG) announced its intention to offer, subject to market and other conditions, senior notes. The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Carlyle’s indirect subsidiaries Carlyle Holdings I, Carlyle Holdings II, Carlyle Holdings III, and CG Subsidiary Holdings. Carlyle intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes for general corporate purposes. Citigroup Global Markets, Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities, Morgan Stanley & Co. and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
