Mizuho analyst Maheep Mandloi lowered the firm’s price target on Canadian Solar (CSIQ) to $15 from $17 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm views the company’s Q2 results as mixed, saying revenue missed guidance due to delayed project sales and energy storage shipments, while gross margins beat on U.S. sales mix and a one-time project sale. Canadian Solar guided Q3 below estimates and reduced 2025 guidance due to lower solar shipments and weaker margins, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
