Truist lowered the firm’s price target on Camden Property (CPT) to $116 from $123 but keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm is reducing its 2026 same-store revenue growth forecast and therefore its FFO estimate for next year, though it still believes that Camden Property is significantly undervalued at a 6.5% implied cap rate with market cap rates closer to 5% and fundamentals that are likely to gain momentum late next year, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
