UBS analyst Radi Sultan raised the firm’s price target on C3 AI (AI) to $28 from $26 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. C3 AI and Baker Hughes (BKR) announced the renewal and expansion of their joint venture agreement through mid-2028, while C3 guided fiscal 2026 revenue growth of 20% at the midpoint, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The renewal is a positive as this takes a key risk off the table, but the lack of visibility around revenue given the mix dynamic is the firm’s key hurdle to getting more constructive, the analyst says.
