Truist lowered the firm’s price target on BXP (BXP) to $71 from $75 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm is lowering its FY25 expected FFO view to $6.87 from $7.00 and its FY26 view to $7.05 from $7.27 due to more accurately modeling two Q2 tenant moveouts in Boston totaling 475K sf, though it still expects BXP to return to positive normalized FFO per share growth in 2026, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
