BofA analyst Joshua Shanker lowered the firm’s price target on Brown & Brown to $90 from $94 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. Q4 operating EPS of 93c was a miss compared to the firm’s estimate of 96c, but a small beat versus the Street consensus of 90c, the analyst noted. Following the report, the firm’s 2026, 2027 and 2028 EPS forecasts fall 4.8%, 5.1% and 5.3%, respectively, on lower organic growth forecasts, the analyst added.
