Cantor Fitzgerald initiated coverage of Broadstone Net Lease (BNL) with an Overweight rating and $21 price target The firm initiated coverage of the U.S. REITs, including nine property sectors and 40 stocks. Although there isn’t widespread enthusiasm for a REIT recovery in 2026 just yet, Cantor believes the industry could be well-positioned over the next 12 to 24 months, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm’s top property sector calls include Office, Industrial, Healthcare and Net Lease, but is incrementally more cautious on Multifamily and Hotels.
