Morgan Stanley analyst Toni Kaplan lowered the firm’s price target on BrightView (BV) to $12 from $16 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares after its Q4 earnings miss and below-consensus guidance. The company continued to be impacted by macro-induced maintenance and development headwinds as revenue missed estimates, although margin remained a bright spot, the analyst tells investors in a research note. BrightView’s FY26 guide was below estimates as first-half is expected to be softer than the second half, the firm added.
