Morgan Stanley lowered the firm’s price target on Bank of America (BAC) to $64 from $68 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. BofA beat consensus EPS by 2%, but the stock underperformed as the market expected the bank to adjust its 55%-59% medium term expense ratio target to 54-58%, as accounting change adds about $1B per quarter to fees, the analyst tells investors.
