Atlasclear Holdings announces expansion of stock loan business lines

AtlasClear Holdings (ATCH) expects timely filing of its 10k and described business line growth. “In response to shareholder questions, the Company is clarifying that its Year End was June 30, 2025, and it is presently on track to timely file its 10k on or before September 29, 2025,” said John Schaible, executive chairman. “We look forward to releasing the 10K as it will reflect progress toward our vision, especially in stock loan, which was an immaterial revenue line for us in 2024. Stock Loan business expanded to approximately 12% of revenue in June, grew again to 15% of revenue in July, and August outperformed July. Our increasing stock loan business positions us to better leverage our FinTech partnership with LocBox. In full, the Company is advancing as we have paid over $21,250,000 of the debt assumed in DeSPAC, fully paid off debt related to the previous shareholders of Wilson Davis & Co, and we have multiple introducing brokers in development as new customers.
