For the quarter ended June 30, 2025, gross written premiums increased 32.3% compared to the prior-year period, driven by expansion of our distribution network and increased wallet share with existing partners. Gross written premiums for casualty lines increased 56.7% year-over-year, reflecting the Company’s strategic focus on expanding casualty-related products and verticals. Gross written premiums in property lines increased 3.7% year-over-year, reflecting the impact of pricing actions and targeted reductions in catastrophe exposure initiated in 2024. “This was a strong quarter for Ategrity,” said Justin Cohen, Chief Executive Officer. “We executed with focus and discipline, expanding distribution relationships, delivering solid underwriting results, and driving operational efficiencies.
