Stifel lowered the firm’s price target on Arhaus (ARHS) to $11.50 from $14 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Stronger Q4 profitability “answered a key January preannouncement unknown,” but initial FY25 revenue and profitability guidance was “underwhelming,” the analyst tells investors. However, the firm believes guidance is “overly conservative” and sees the long-term prospects as fully intact, which it believes are “dramatically undervalued at a discount to furnishings peers,” the analyst added.
